EPISODE 92: Dream Again to Feel Alive

In this episode, I talk about something many of us quietly stopped doing: dreaming.

Not the fantasy kind, and not in a “wish-on-a-star” way, but the intentional, soul-awakening kind of dreaming we used to do before life told us to be realistic.

I explore how survival mode slowly replaces imagination, and how stress, pressure, deadlines, and the constant noise around us can disconnect us from what truly makes us feel alive.

We also dive into the science behind dreaming and visualization. I explain how our brain forms neural pathways based on repetition and emotion, and how consciously imagining a future that excites us can begin to rewire those patterns.

When we stop rehearsing problems and start rehearsing possibilities, we shift from scarcity into creativity. This is how our goals should be created. From here.

Dreaming isn’t irresponsible — it’s powerful. It changes our chemistry, influences our subconscious, and helps us reconnect with joy, hope, and purpose.

If fear didn’t exist, how would you live? What would you want life to feel? This isn’t about accomplishing something massive overnight. It’s about giving ourselves permission to dream again.

Because dreaming is how we begin to feel alive.

And from there… we can build.

Until next Thursday,

I love you.

Julie
