EPISODE 110: Who’s Driving? Taking Ownership of Your Life

What if one of the biggest things keeping us from changing our lives is that we’ve quietly handed the steering wheel to someone or something else?

In this episode I’m asking whether we truly own our lives, because even when something isn’t our fault, what we do next still belongs to us. I share the day I quit my first job at twenty-something and called my dad with a plan, and the other moments that shaped me. We talk about taking ownership of our thoughts, all the places we hand our power away through blame (the economy, the algorithm, our age, our past, “once things settle down”), and why co-creating means we pray, we listen, and then we move. I’ll leave you with one small challenge for the week.

Until next time, I love you,

Julie
