EPISODE 102: Reimagine the Fear of Failure
In this episode, I’m inviting us to reimagine one of the biggest fears that holds so many of us back—the fear of failure.
I share a personal story about standing on stage, promoting a course, and walking away without a single sale. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel like I had failed. Instead, I realized that success wasn’t measured by the outcome—it was measured by the courage it took to show up. That experience completely changed how I think about failure.

We’ll explore why our brains often exaggerate the pain of failure, how fear quietly disguises itself as procrastination, perfectionism, overthinking, and playing small, and why the greatest cost isn’t usually failure at all—it’s never trying. I also share practical mindset shifts to help us move forward with courage, trust God more deeply, and stop letting fear make our decisions.
If you’ve been waiting until you feel ready, this episode is your reminder that confidence comes after we begin, not before. I hope it encourages you to take that next brave step and keep reimagining what’s possible.
Until next week, I love you
Julie
